Bookings & Payment
A child's place is only secured once payment has been received. Places are non-transferable.
Participant Absence
No refunds, credits or replacement sessions will be provided for sessions missed due to illness, holidays, appointments or other personal circumstances.
School Closures & Venue Cancellations
MathsFit operates within school premises and is subject to school decisions regarding site access, health and safety and operational closures. If a session is cancelled due to circumstances outside of MathsFit's control, including extreme weather, heatwaves, snow, flooding, industrial action, school events, elections or emergency closures, refunds, credits or replacement sessions will not be provided.
Holiday Club Cancellations
More than 14 days' notice: full refund. 7-13 days' notice: 50% voucher. Less than 7 days' notice: no refund unless the place can be filled from a waiting list.
Behaviour
Children are expected to follow instructions, respect coaches, equipment and fellow participants at all times. MathsFit reserves the right to remove a child from a session if their behaviour presents a safety risk to themselves or others. In serious or repeated cases, a place may be withdrawn without refund.
Additional Needs & Medical Information
Parents must disclose any medical conditions, allergies, disabilities, behavioural needs, SEND requirements or additional support needs when booking. Failure to provide accurate information may result in MathsFit being unable to safely support the child within the session.
Suitability of Provision
MathsFit aims to be inclusive wherever possible. However, if a child's needs require a level of support beyond what can reasonably be provided within the staffing ratios and structure of the session, MathsFit reserves the right to discuss alternative arrangements or withdraw a place.
Collection of Children
Children must be collected promptly at the end of the session. Repeated late collection may result in additional charges or withdrawal of a place.
Photography & Video Consent
Photographs and videos may be taken during sessions for promotional purposes only where parental consent has been provided.
First Aid & Emergencies
By booking, parents consent to appropriate first aid being administered where necessary and for emergency services to be contacted if required.
Health & Safety
MathsFit reserves the right to amend activities, move sessions indoors or outdoors, or cancel activities where weather conditions or other circumstances present a health and safety risk.
Changes to Sessions
MathsFit reserves the right to amend venues, coaches, activities and session content where necessary.
